• How do I import the presets into my modeler?

  Once you download the files, connect your multi-effects unit to your computer via USB. Open the manufacturer's dedicated editor software, select an empty slot in your setlist, and simply drag and drop or import the patch file directly.

• Are custom Impulse Responses (IRs) included?

  It depends on the specific tone pack. Many of our presets are dialed in to sound massive using high-quality stock cabs. If a pack requires or includes custom IRs (.wav files), it will be clearly stated in the product description.

• Do these patches work on older firmware versions?

  We highly recommend updating your unit to the latest firmware. Our tones are crafted using the most recent DSP updates to ensure the best possible sound and block compatibility. Loading them on outdated firmware may cause errors.

• What happens if I lose my download link?

  Don't worry! If you created an account during checkout, you can log in anytime to access your purchase history and re-download your files. If you checked out as a guest, contact our support team with your order number.

• What do I need to start selling?

  All you need is an active PayPal account. Once you're set up, you can start uploading and selling your digital content right away.

• Does it cost anything to sell on the platform?

  Getting started is completely free. We only take a commission when a sale is made — you can read more about this in our Terms of Service. Sharing content for free is also fully supported at no cost, and all transaction fees are covered by us.

• How and when do I get paid?

  Payouts are processed automatically on the 15th of each month. Any seller who has reached the $30 minimum threshold will receive their earnings directly to their PayPal account.
